What is Scoobike Support?
With Scoobike Support you can take advantage of the frame guarantee and a 30% reduction off your second battery. (Valid only for people subscribed at time of purchase and for those still members).



Is your motor letting you down? A puncture brought you to a halt? Have you lost your keys? Is your battery flat and you can’t recharge it? You can count on Scoobike Support!

Unique breakdown assistance for electric bikes. Our technicians are at your disposal during opening hours; 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm.

In most cases our specialists can give you a helping hand on the phone.

However, if the repair is more complicated we will immediately send out a technician to repair your Scoobike wherever you are.

In case of a more serious problem and if the bike cannot be repaired there and then, we will give you a replacement bike and your Scoobike will be taken to our Maintenance Centre in Meyrin.

  • How can I get Scoobike Support?
    You can subscribe to ScooBike Support for the first time only during the first year starting on the date you bought your electric bike.
    You can go to one of our Scoobike Centres and our specialists will happily give you the information you need.

    How much does it cost?
    200 CHF a year.

    Where is Scoobike Support valid?
    ScooBike Support is valid in the entire canton of Geneva.

    Validity of ScooBike Support card.
    The Scoobike Support card is valid for one year from the moment the member receives it.

    General Conditions
    The purchase of a Scoobike Support card can only be used with an insured Scoobike bicycle.
    Assistance is only provided in the event of a breakdown, power cut or a mechanical fault. It will not be provided in event of bicycle misuse.

    Your right to Scoobike Support Assistance
    A breakdown is a malfunction of a vehicle which prevents further use. If the owner and Scoobike Support cardholder is responsible for the breakdown, assistance cannot be offered.

    Scoobike Support is not applicable for the following cases:
  • In the event of non specific vehicle maintenance or technical check-ups
  • In the event of an accident, theft or vandalism and any successive damage
  • In the event of damage caused by negligence
  • In the event of modifications or additional parts being used that are not recommended by Scoobike

  • The contract is not transferable with the resale of a bike to a third party
